Well, it had to happen. Driving home a few days ago and I started to smell fuel leaking. I pulled off the road and looked under the hood. No obvious leak around the fuel rail, but there was a strong gasoline smell. I limped Darth Buick home to the Garage Mahal and once I started looking deeper, discovered the feed line from the frame rail line to the fuel rail had a pinhole leak caused by 24 years of rubbing against something.
Sixty psi of fuel pressure leaking from a 3/8″ line is never a good thing. So I hopped online to one of our favorite vendors and ordered up a set of replacement lines, in stainless steel no less. Now we have an excuse to start the long list of planned upgrades to the TRSource.com developmental test Turbo Regal. So take a look at our first product review, and be sure to comment!
